Pay per return as you use the service. We make it very simple, all you have to do is fill out a returns form below and you can schedule a return for any of your returnable orders. This option is perfect for a novice shopper. Great for those in-store or online brand purchases.

If you shop often and want the flexibility of our returns pick-up service, we have the perfect solution for you. Sign up for our monthly subscription and get unlimited returns in your city. This option is optimal for every fashionista.

Pay per return as you use the service. This is for the online shopper that doesn’t want to make the trip to their nearest UPS, FedEx, or USPS in order to drop off their packages. We’ll make the trip for you, no matter where you purchased from.

  • In order to schedule a return pickup, visit the Returns Portal. You will be presented with a form which has a few required fields to get you set up: Brand, Order Number, Items to be returned, Name, Address, Phone Number, Time Window of pickup. We also have some optional fields that will help your favorite brand better service you: Reason for return, notes, special message for the Curator. Once you submit the form, Wear will take it from there. When a Curator is in route to pick up your order you’ll get a SMS notification telling you know your Return has started and you will be presented with a tracking link to stay updated!

  • Once the Curator has dropped off your order at the store. The store representative may process the Return immediately or wait until the end of the business day to process your return. However once the order has reached the store, your Return is successfully returned.

  • If you schedule a return that doesn’t adhere to the brand’s return policy, the brand will not process your return. Instead, you’ll be notified by the brand of the unsuccessful return, and you can go into the store to pick it up.

  • From the time the Curator picks up the return from you to the point they drop it off at the store, Wear holds all responsibility for the return. Once it reaches the store, the brand holds the responsibility for your return.
